This Columbia river view property was an ideal location for building this custom, traditional home. From the infinity pool to the indoor basketball court and movie theatre, this home was designed for entertaining. Meticulous attention to detail was payed to ensure that this home exceeded the expectations of our homeowner. A floor to ceiling Cantera stone fireplace adorns the central living space with ample windows to provide natural lighting and maximum energy efficiency.
The indoor basketball court and home gym was one of our favorite features in this custom build. The home gym was built on the main floor overlooking the basketball court on the lower level. This design creates a cohesion in the space as well as supplying an extended balcony for those wishing to view the court from above.
